Some of the church members met this past Volunteer Saturday to work on the yard sale items.  We accomplished a lot toward getting the yard sale items ready, but unfortunately we did not get finished.

Church members will be meeting tomorrow (Thursday, 9th) to finish pricing the items, getting the tables set up and ready to go, and hanging poster board signs around the neighborhood.

If you can spare a few hours to help out, please be at the church at 12:00pm.  We hope to only be there until around 3 or 4 pm, so if you can join us we certainly appreciate all the help we can get.  Thanks a bunch!

JUST A REMINDER!

Volunteer Saturday
June 4th, starting at 10:00am

We are having a volunteer day tomorrow to work on the church.  The interior projects will be headed up by Leon Peace while Tim Thoma will be leading the exterior projects.  The work will start at 10:00am and go for as long as needed.  Any time that you can give is greatly appreciated!

IN CASE OF RAIN:  The interior work will proceed, but the exterior work will be rescheduled to a later date.

We will also be setting up the tables for next week’s yard sale if anyone is interested in helping with that.

Weather permitting, the church will be having a Yard Sale on Saturday, June 11th starting at 9:00am.  The event will take place in the church parking lot with plenty to offer including furniture, housewares/whatnots, clothing/accessories, and other such miscellaneous items.

Just a Reminder!

The Clothing Ministry will be having a Free Clothes Giveaway for church and community on Saturday, April 30th from 10:00am – 4:00pm.

Please email Karen Thoma if you would like to volunteer to help set up on Friday (beginning at 11:00am), or help with the event on Saturday.  Also, feel free to stop by the church either day to drop off any clothes that you would like to donate.
