The memorial service for Frankie will be tomorrow evening:

Frank was born on November 3, 1979 and passed away on Thursday, March 24, 2016.

Frank was a resident of Mt. Carmel, Ohio at the time of his passing.

A celebration of his life will be held at the Full Gospel House of Refuge, 516 Old State Route 74, Mt. Carmel, Ohio 45244 on Saturday, April 16th from 5 to 8 PM.
